Electronic Device Cleaning Process

We travel to your home or business to assess the damage to all affected electronic devices and appliances. This helps determine what items can be cleaned or restored and what should be classified as a loss for your insurance claim.

Next, we inventory all electronic items that are identified as being suitable for cleaning and restoration. For the purpose of streamlining the insurance claim process, we take photographs and document the details of each item.

The pack out includes disconnecting all items to be cleaned and restored, taking care to not disconnect anything that might interrupt the operation of your home and business. We then load everything for transport to our facility.

We clean and restore your electronic devices in our 15,0000 square foot facility. We use technologically advanced, eco-friendly equipment and methods, including atmospheric drying chambers, heaters, ultrasonic cleaning devices, and more.

After cleaning, we conduct final testing to ensure that all items are in working condition. Then, we organize and label all items and place them in our climate-controlled, secure storage, ready for delivery to your home or office.

Upon delivery of your fully restored electronic equipment and devices, we will unpack them for your personal inspection. Once you have signed off on the work, we will return all items to their original locations, ready for use.

Water Damaged Devices

For water damage, we first make sure the device and all components are dry. Then, we use a vacuum to remove any water or moisture. If there is any corrosion, we remove it with a special cleaning solution. Finally, we apply a corrosion-inhibiting spray to prevent further damage.

Smoke Damaged Devices

For smoke damage, we carefully wipe down all surfaces of the equipment with a damp cloth and cleaning solution. For more stubborn dirt, a more powerful cleaning solution may be necessary. It is also important to ventilate the area to reduce the amount of smoke in the air.
